  • UnderpricedBelow the 20th percentile of local competitors — likely leaving money on the table.
  • AffordableBetween the 20th and 50th percentile — priced below the local median.
  • CompetitiveBetween the 50th and 80th percentile — at or just above the local median.
  • PremiumAbove the 80th percentile of local competitors — at the top of the market.
